Exactly what I’ve been looking for to give my body the pick me up it needed through these cold winter months! I found this place because I had been getting infrared sauna treatments in Bellview but it was just too far of a drive. Googled and found this little gem close by. Came for the sauna and keep going for all the amenity’s! Never felt better
Literally my favorite place to go to when I need a bit of self care. The staff is amazing. The vibe is amazing and it smells wonderful.
I love this place! So glad they chose Southport in Renton as location, because it’s near my home and it’s easy to get in and out and parking is free and readily available. (Note: the first time you park in the complex, it requires registration and a payment method, but I’ve never been charged anything and subsequent visits, i only had to scan QR code.)The atmosphere in the clinic is serene and calming, even when it’s busy. The staff are lovely and no hard sales whatsoever, which was a pleasant surprise after using the first visit intro. I thought i would start getting spammed with marketing once they had my info, but nope. They let the results do all the sales work. Since then, I’ve returned several times for IV and pulse red therapy sessions and ultimately purchased a monthly member package.I appreciate the ease in getting appointments via text or direct call- no need to login and deal with passwords or phone trees. The front desk staff always greet me with a friendly smile and have everything ready to go. The nurses who have placed the IVs have been great. I have very tiny, jumpy veins and a strong vagovasal reaction, which is a worst nightmare for phlebotomy. They offer coconut water prior to the placement and their confidence and kindness has put me at ease, helping to make for a smooth and relatively painless experience.During IV, they placed a warmer on my neck and head massager with earphones that had me nearly snoring. I’ve felt immediately better after the IVs (which I’ve done both for illness recovery and to prevent MS flares). The red light therapy is pleasant, though I’m not yet certain that I’ve experienced any significant benefit. It is more of a cumulative therapy, so I’m waiting another month to decide whether to keep in the repertoire and will update review with that info. Today I’m going to try cryotherapy to see if that can give relief from some creeping neuropathy and dysfunction.Overall, I strongly recommend this clinic for anyone who wants quick relief or recovery from any illness, injury, or surgery, without the nasty side effects of pain meds or steroid injections AND for anyone who has experienced chronic health conditions. In my experience, the glutathione drip is especially helpful in providing immediate improvement of any inflammation in my body. Receiving these treatments in such a warm, soothing, friendly environment is certainly a bonus! 😅
The team here in Renton are fabulous, always attentive and helpful throughout each step. Recovery time after workouts has improved throughout the process.

I went in for an hour IV drip and red light therapy, the people were efficient and knowledgeable. The only problem was there were out of b vitamins and I only got b12, I had no offer to accommodate in some way until I brought it up at the front desk, they offered me a shot when I come in again. It's a 25 minute drive to get there and I had to pay 10.95 for parking. So it didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked, nice place though.

Me and my family have been going here for almost a year and the facilities are top-notch, the equipment is state-of-the-art, the ambience is warm and inviting, and the people who work here are so-o-o-o-o nice and committed to their clients' health. So far, we have used red light therapy, the sauna, and IV drips. David and everyone who works here are passionate about wellness and clearly want to use their personal health challenges to help make others' lives better. Incredible place with incredible IV services, Red Light Therapy, vitamin injections…and so much more! The staff and owners are so kind and it’s evident that they have put their hearts into Arctic Elevation. The second you walk in, you’re greeted with water, snacks, and big smiles. As someone who has been a nurse for over a decade, and of that time an experienced IV infusion nurse for 5 1/2 years, I was a bit weary to try out a wellness and IV therapy business. Usually I would do it myself or have a fellow nurse friend assist me, but I don't have the supplies. Perhaps I steered away from these sort of businesses after visiting a Restore Hyperwellness location where I struggled to push off the gimmicky sales scheme that is part of their franchise. Thankfully, Arctic Elevation was the complete opposite.I called and made an appointment for my partner and I with an online deal I had found (Myers IV cocktail and a 15-minute red light session all for $67!). Everyone around us have been getting the Fall funk and gunk so we were in need for an immune and metabolism boost. We met Kiley at the front desk, who greeted us with a welcoming smile. She went over the menu options and consent forms after sitting us down in their comfortable lounge chairs with a pillow, blanket, and hot tea. Next the protagonist of the experience, Miki, was our wonderful nurse. She was very friendly and excellent with her IV catheter placement skills. We both ended up getting the Myers cocktail (B complex, vitamin C, magnesium--though I wish it included Vitamin B12 and calcium as other Myers bags elsewhere). They also provided us with a heated eye massager and neck pillow. I was in heaven on Earth. Afterwards, I laid in the red light bed that was similar to a tanning bed but of safe, mood boost and inflammation fighting lights. They also offer an infrared sauna and cryotherapy.All and all, I will be sure to make the trek from West Seattle to Renton when in need of a treatment. This has been a life choice I've made t9 incorporate Iv drip therapy on my journey to better health.The experience I had with my body being off balance physically and mentally . As a disabled firefighter with a fractured neck and lower back, I have endured chronic pain for the past 20 years. After undergoing multiple treatments—including the sauna, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and infusions—my pain has significantly decreased.Yesterday, after the CBD infusion, I experienced several hours completely pain-free, something I haven’t felt in decades. This is such a great place for anyone trying to step up their wellness journey. My husband got a monthly membership while he was training for his marathon and it absolutely helped his recovery time. I was so grateful to have it when I threw out my back and went in for a little “spa day” of red light therapy, some drip IVs and compression and then cryotherapy. My back was instantly 50% better and I will be going back to continue the healing. The staff is incredible and friendly and very knowledgeable about the treatments and benefits. There's an exciting new IV fusion in town that I just had to try out! And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff. ( Nurse Ronica, Yelena and Tatyana)They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The whole place has this cozy, inviting atmosphere with a delightful aroma in the air.As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm salutations and quickly taken to the relaxation room. They even had a comfy blanket in case I needed some extra coziness. They offered me the iPad to get started.I decided to go for the Myare cocktail, which is packed with Vitamin C, B complex, magnesium, and zinc. But before my IV, they offered me a fantastic red light therapy session. I chose the joint therapy option, and it was such a nice touch. The only thing is, the red light bed was a bit tricky for me to get in and out of because I'm on the shorter side. But hey, it was totally worth it!After the therapy, I returned to the IV room and was treated to a delicious hot tea made by the lovely Yelena, She even asked if I wanted tea, coconut water, or regular water. Such a thoughtful touch! And here's another cool thing - they had soft music playing and these amazing eye goggles that massaged my eyes and temples while heating up. It was so relaxing!The IV insertion went smoothly, and I even decided to get an extra bag of fluids for just 15 dollars more. Let me tell you, if you're looking to relax for a good hour or so, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You'll leave feeling invigorated from the IV and completely calm and relaxed from all the pampering. The staff truly made me feel at home, and I can't wait to go back again soon! Parking is a bit crowded as they have Pete’s coffee and a restaurant close by.I’ve been to several other IV places throughout the last 5 years and this one is very calming.Prices were a bit on the high side but with a membership may be lower. For just opening they are doing a delightful job.After my IV yesterday I’m still feeling good!Go say hello to Tatyana, Ronica & Yelena tell them Marylou sent yah! One update, I have had this bruise for over a few weeks and still not gone. Ronica missed the vain after the first attempt. Not sure when the bruise will be gone.
Yesterday I came in for an IV Drip and chose the Anti Aging IV due to its high dose of glutathione. Prior to starting the IV I had a headache which I seldom experience. Half way through the IV, my headache completely went away and I started feeling amazing. The whole IV drip took about 35 min. When I looked at the ingredients of the Anti aging IV, i noticed it has magnesium as well which may explain why my headache went away. My next IV will be the NAD+ IV which I can’t wait to get. The nurse Ronica, did an excellent job gently poking me and explaining the benefits of all the ingredients. Still feel superb today!!
I tried cryotherapy, compression therapy, and red light therapy and they are all amazing. The cryotherapy is very refreshing and gives you a burst of energy after you do it like a cold plunge. The red light and compression are both very relaxing and helped my muscles recover as well.

My wife and I were greeted with warm smiles, given a thorough walkthrough of the facility, and introduced to some great services!We both got “The David IV” which left us feeling hydrated, energized, and overall uplifted. The atmosphere is very inviting and the facility itself is beautifully designed.The nurse that did our IVs was informative and friendly which made us feel right at home during the 1 hour treatment.Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

Had a truly amazing experience at Arctic Elevation! Paul and Tanya greeted me with welcoming smiles and made me feel very comfortable for my first experience. Yelena at the front offered me coconut water and talked me through all the services.I'm no stranger to saunas and cold plunges at the gym but the compression therapy, light therapy, infrared sauna, and cryotherapy services really bring "elevated" to wellness. I'm very excited for their IV drip services as well.Yelena took me through every step of the process. I was especially grateful for her recommending some tips to best enjoy my cryotherapy experience. I was given the privacy of a sauna room to set my things down and then was able to move from service to service. Each room was clean and so relaxing! Truly a fantastic experience for anyone.

If you care about your health and want to be well Arctic Elevation is the place to go. The atmosphere at Arctic is so welcoming and inviting! I went in for IV drop therapy I needed the hydration and vitamins. The staff and the nurses were extremely helpful and informative. They also offered to try the full flight is what they call it . Started with compression therapy, then red light therapy, then I went into this beautiful infrared sauna for relaxation and detoxification for 45 min oh the cold towel that smells like eucalyptus is amazing. I love how friendly they all are over there . After sauna they took me to cryotherapy and that was amazingly great because I have no pain in my right elbow just from going in once. Arctic elevation is a 5++++ state of art beautiful wellness center! I felt such amazing relief to my legs and glutes after the compression therapy. For many years my back was hurting bad when I started red light therapy and cryotherapy just few weeks doing this consistently I felt immediate relief. And their infrared sauna is so beautiful and relaxing best place for detox. I’m excited now that I started IV drip therapy and NAD+ I’ve been waiting for so long to get ! I was informed about all the treatments they had and led through the process ., red light therapy was one of my favorites as it included everything I wanted to focus on. The sauna was very soothing., and I felt refreshed after the cryotherapy. This was my first time but definitely not last!
Arctic Elevation was quite an experience for me. I did the whole flight of all 4 therapies: infrared light, red light, cryotherapy, and compression therapy. After my 5 mile run I felt quite refreshed. But the best part came when I went to sleep. Being a light sleeper for years now, I don’t remember such a good night sleep as the one after the therapy. Woke up next morning feeling really rested, it took me good ten minutes to fully wake up. Thank you, Arctic Elevation. Definitely coming back soon.
Arctic Elevation is the perfect place for people who appreciate and love their health! They have Cryo Chambers, Uv Saunas, Red Light Therapy, IV Drips and a list of other great things for your health if you haven’t been I highly suggest you do! Guys this place is so amazing! The staff is super friendly they even offer coconut water!I did not believe when I was told to try cryotherapy for my back pain, that it helps with pain relief and boosts energy, so I decided to try for myself.Guys after cryo I felt so amazing I was ready to run a marathon (before it was difficult to even walk)I also enjoyed the red light therapy! It is so relaxing I fell asleep in the pod 🙈The thing that was my favorite though is your own private sauna room where you can leave your belongings so you can do the rest of the procedures like compression therapy, my feet felt amazing after compression because I’m on my feet all day and this took the pressure off and inflammation!I recommend this to everyone. The atmosphere was very inviting. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My husband and i both received treatments, he felt incredible relief after the first red light treatment. The cryotherapy was so rejuvenating. Compression therapy was very relaxing. And their infrared sauna was the perfect. Highly recommend. Cant wait to return! So absolutely gorgeous and whole place looks super luxurious! I just HAD to come back again for cryotherapy after finishing work and heading to job #2, I just really needed that boost, because I wasn’t sure I had the energy for the rest of the day.. again, I was greeted by Yelena, so kind, friendly, and smiling.. before arriving, I messaged them and asked for an appt, which they were happy to accommodate, and I’m so glad I did, because there were a lot of walk ins at the same time as i came in and I was in a hurry to get to work so I’m SO glad they have the “book appt” feature.. this place is filling up rapidly! This time, I did a full 3 min session at intermediate level and could see through the glass, Yelena the front desk worker, and the owner Paul, cheering me on (I asked them to take a photo/video of me so I invited them in) I also read that if you keep moving while in the cryotherapy, it helps with the blood circulation, so I did-I kept moving, and I lasted the full 3 min!! super proud of myself.. absolutely love this place, will definitely be signing up for a membership!!
This place is amazing!!! I tried Cryotherapy, just 3 minutes in, and it takes all the swelling away and makes me energetic for the rest of the day. I also used red light for muscle soreness after my workout, and in couple of hours I felt way less muscle pain. Lastly, I got to relax and unwind in the infrared light sauna, and felt all my stress melt away. Totally worth trying it especially for someone who has stress, anxiety or any kind of body pains and swelling! My experience was heavenly!
Wow, what an incredible experience. This center is absolutely gorgeous. The second I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile from Yelena and she guided me to my treatment rooms. The entire staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The Infrared Sauna room is so moody. I loved being able to shower after the sauna as well. Not many places have a shower! My experience felt so luxurious and relaxing. I cannot wait to comeback to do more Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and IV Drips!

Visited Arctic Elevation at Rocklin, CA location. Staff were amazing! I had an IV done felt great after that. Also had feet compression, and just after one session feet swelling went down and I felt better as well. Will definitely come back for more IV drips, Red Light Therapy, compressions and more. I am 62 years old. I have issues with joint pain. After 10 treatments of red light therapy with Arctic Elevation, my symptoms have greatly improved. I have experienced less pain and no longer need pain medication. The atmosphere in the office is very pleasant, with helpful and informative staff.
Had a wonderful experience at Arctic Elevation. I decided to try the red light, cryo, and compression. The cryo was by far my favorite experience. You come out feeling reenergized like a whole new person ! The compression was also something I also enjoyed. After being on my feet for a 12-hour shift, it definitely helped with sore muscles. The whole experience was great, snacks and drinks were provided! The hosts were great and gave me a run down of every service they offer and what the benefits were. My wife and I train hard and eat right, but we're definitely lacking on recovery. Our visit to Arctic Elevation was outstanding. Daniel and the rest of the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting. The facility is loaded with all of the cutting edge top of the line equipment for recovery. Highly recommend a visit to this wellness center! From when you walk in at reception all the way to the treatment room, every single staff member you encounter is wonderful and kind. Everyone is knowledgeable about the care options and I felt comfortable and safe throughout all of my treatments. I used to get sick quite frequently and have been feeling amazing after my bi weekly infusions. Beautiful space, spotlessly clean, smells amazing, new equipment, convenient location. 100/10 stars for this wellness center. They set the bar quite high for all other similar businesses.
Everyone was great super nice felt very comfortable. Answered the many many questions I had. Everyone was super knowledgeable and so patient with all my concerns/questions. Went in for IV/red light and ended up also getting a tirzepatide shot. Can't even tell I had an IV not a single mark 😊 The red light booth was very nice so relaxing. The overall environment was very well furnished/pretty and super relaxing. Also they offer snacks and drinks which was a nice touch ✨️

Great place to boost your health! I visited Arctic Elevation in late December and was greeted by friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The intake process was quick and easy. Shortly after, I was moved to the IV room, which had extremely comfortable recliners and a relaxing ambiance. The nurse carefully explained the ingredients of the IV before starting the drip. Throughout my visit, the attentive staff offered drinks and snacks, making the experience even more enjoyable. The entire process took about an hour.The very next day, I was extremely satisfied with the results—I noticed a boost in my energy levels, and my recovery after training was faster than usual. I highly recommend this place for their exceptional service, attention to detail, and wide variety of treatment options!

Oh wow I love this place so much! I came in to try the Cryotherapy, and ended up doing everything! I did their Full Flight which includes Compression Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and Cryotherapy! I also did an IV Drip today which was amazing! I chose the Immunity IV since we are headed into fall and everyone has been getting sick around me. The high dose Vitamin C is exactly what I needed! The space is so beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I loved the eye massage mask during my IV. I was so comfortable I fell asleep! Cannot wait to comeback! I feel so much better already.

I just came in today and had an incredible experience after my workout. Didn't think this kind of thing made sense but I completely understand it now. The cryo machine reached -160F, whereas other cryos i've done around the area were just barely below freezing. They also had a great red light machine and sauna. Hospitality and service was extraordinary. 100% reccommend
